I am an integrative therapist who earned my MS Psychology FIP with a focus on family and individual psychotherapy at Our Lady of the Lake University.

I interned at Montgomery County Women’s Center and shelter, working with women and children. I went on to work for The Harris Center (formerly MHMRA) at the Harris County Jail where I was a therapist for the Jail Diversion Program.

During the pandemic, I began to do sessions online for a private practice and found this to be my preferred way of working as it affords privacy, flexibility, as well as efficient time use. At the moment, I am providing therapy exclusively online.

I do not provide therapy by text, email or casual phone call, but reserve these for appointment reminders. I reserve the right to refer clients when I feel their issues are outside the scope of my practice.
